No delivery its been 2 months with no communication

Ordered and paid 3 oct. Item listed in stock. Arrived 17th oct. Very expensive delivery cost. It does appear to be a very good pond tho.

Ordered and paid for a couple of items that online said were in stock. Turns out none of my order was in stock or unavailable. Got a refund on one and the other is still on backorder 3 months later.

Have not heard about my order or delivery date.

I ordered 2 of the same item and only received 1. I have been charged for both items. I tried to ring one day last week and your phone was engaged for 2 hours. I have no idea when I will be receiving the 2nd item?
