The kit comes complete with everything you need. The bulkheads do not have gaskets inside of the weir box and inside of the overflow box. The two gaskets go on either side of the glass. As a result, the weir box fills up with the tank before the water level reaches the opening at the top. For the designed purpose, it does its job well. The kit comes with the template and drill bit. Next time I would drill a bit higher as I have a large rimmed tank. Overall I’m satisfied.
