I do not always find what I need and have to go to other distributors instead of 1 place.

The quicker slicker bottle was broken and spilled during shipping. It most likely happened during shipping, but I got less than half the bottle.

The door and the bottom grate or stainless. The actual box is powder coated. The title is a bit misleading and if you don’t read the fine print you think you are getting a completely stainless steal cage but you are not. Still sharp though.

Grinder turns off mid grind. No mater how long I charge it for . And the sanding drum never stays locked.

Still unable to find products I needed. After waiting almost three weeks for the shampoo part of my order to arrive, I had to call them and was told it was damaged and returned to them. I feel they should have contacted me and at the very least let me know
