I like dealing with Ryan's Pet. My only complaint is I can never order everything on my list because they are always out of several items.

Knocked off 1 star because web site did not apply discount where I could see it. Called in and desk guy didn’t give me free product that I was supposed to get and amount was higher than the online purchase even without discount applied and no free item. He was not customer friendly either. I had told him to cancel my phone order with him but I was charged anyway so had to call back and someone else fixed it. Went back online and proceeded.

Good experience. The only draw back for us is the time it takes to get to us

One of the container lids was broken. I was able to scoop up the spilled product in the box and use an old lid I had to replace the broken one
