Missing item ordered Pack of muzzles in last order still missing

I have placed two different order that listed my items as in stock only to have only my partial order ship because some of my items are actually out of stock. There is no communication from the company regarding it. I have tried twice to order a matching set of shears. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get things straightened out and it still isn’t. I just want my shears so I can groom my dog! This has been going on for almost a month.
