The customer service is great and shipping is relatively prompt

I received the products in a few days. You can use autoship so you received the products monthly or bi-monthly you choose when you want to receive them and you have no more worries you'll always have them when you need them. If you may not need them one month you just call and Brad will be happy to take it out for you or you can also do that online yourself. Don't ever second guess yourself they would rather have you call them so they could give you the answers then not and just try to figure it out on your own. They have made me feel more comfortable than any that I've ever been to.

Will continue trying to administer 3 tiny drops daily.
