Trying to write a review or rate my experience with Prana Pets would require a novel sized document. The owner himself, and each and every employee has been my support system since my dog was initially diagnosed with Cushings and I then found PranaPets. They're each a family member to Jozie and I at this point. They're also my entire support system for what my Jozie is going through, what I'm going through because of it - and even more in my life that isn't related to my dog, they're beyond wonderful. On more than several occasions, nearly each time I call, the owner himself and each and every employee has taken very large amounts of time from their day, sometimes night, to either offer support, or have very lengthy conversations with me about how Jozie is doing, how I am doing, how I'm coping with the disease, the cost, each and every aspect of this, they care that much. Anytime I see a change in Jozie, we as a team speak in length about what I'm seeing, and we go over her routine, her doses, which products she's on, what she's eating, literally everything, and come up with new approaches, additions, deletions, dose changes, etc. Each time it's helped. This company, from the owner, to each employee, to each of their products are so dedicated to safe and holistic healing and helping, so dedicated to animals, immensely knowledgeable, never stopping their research and consistently seeking new things that will help many different conditions, symptoms and/or just keeping your fur-family healthy and happy. I've never seen this much dedication, devotion and love from a company such as this before. They don't only care about your fur-family, but they care about you as the parent. They involve themselves, they have so much compassion, empathy, concern, care and so much more for your fur-family and for you. My dog was diagnosed too far along with Cushings, she was misdiagnosed several times before a "floater" Vet in our prior Vet's office with more knowledge of Cushings symptoms immediately said "I don't think your dog has ______ or ______ or _______, all of which the prior Vets were stating she had, I think she has Cushings, would you mind if we test her? I had been concerned of the symptoms I was seeing for quite a long time, which started with nonstop panting all day and night, which I was experiencing in 2 ways. 1. She/my dog was experiencing immense stress or anxiety and 2. The nonstop sound of her panting was driving me crazy at times. I kept bringing her into the Vet and they tested her for everything, blood work, other tests, more money and more money, new pharma medication after new pharma medication, each one of them making her sick, none of them stopping her panting, which very soon after turned into nonstop panting with nonstop unimaginable thirst, thus having to be let out or walked more often, and then nonstop hunger. I was desperate to find out what was happening to my beloved dog. If not for the floating Vet I may not have ever found out. Once I did, and found out the only treatment available and the "for life" testing that went along with it, which in my opinion is quite suffering causing at any age, let alone an elderly dog, I immediately began nonstop researching online and found PranaPets. Our first call was hours upon hours long. I was crying, I was overwhelmed, I had never heard of Cushings before and at that point had done my research and new it was incurable and would eventually take her life, I was a mess (sometimes I still am, but thanks to PranaPets I have a wonderful support system). I explained the situation and her symptoms, and we immediately started her on the Adrenal and Melatonin Ligmans Combo. I was shown and given so much actual love, compassion, care, concern, empathy, a huge amount of time and support on that first call. Once the 2 products arrived, from day 1, for the first time in I don't know how long, but it was a very, very long time, Jozie immediately stopped panting (she's never panted since). Everything and all other symptoms we're dealing with were discussed in great length in my reviews of the products so I won't boggle down the review of PranaPets with all of that again. PranaPets has been on this journey with us since I found them (and finding them was a literal Godsend). I have never come across a company such as PranaPets that cares as much as they do. They're always looking for, seeking, and finding new products, new natural supplements that not only greatly help diseases, but that keep healthy dogs HEALTHY AND HAPPY. I never would have made it this far with Jozie and her disease without them. They haven't only been my only and total support system, with so much love, time and care - they go over and above for me all the time, but their products, due to their absolute devotion and dedication to animals and their families, is . . . well there's no word I can find that truly expresses the enormity of how wonderful they are. Whether your animal is ill, has a disease that can be managed or cured, or one like Jozie/Cushings without a cure, or your have an animal who's absolutely healthy, I strongly suggest starting them on PranaPets Products and keeping them on them for life. The owner and each and every employee is there to help with any and all questions you may have, they care, it's not like speaking with a company who doesn't know you or doesn't care, or just wants to make a sale, that's not who or what this company is. If they don't have an answer, they'll research it and research it with their team of qualified members, and any channels they need to research until they find the answer. They'll guide you, they'll try and help come up with regimens to best suit your beloved fur-family, adjust regimens and they listen and care so very much. At the top of this box I'm typing in, it says "So, how did we do" - Rate your experience with Prana Pets. How did/do they do? Rate my experience? They're amazing, and my experience, as well as my Jozie's experience is nothing short of life saving, physically, mentally and emotionally (at times financially). There is no other company or products out there like Prana Pets. That's how they do and that's my experience. You have blessed your lives, thank you from the bottom of my heart and my sweet Jozie.
