Amazing service, the staff were willing to let us swap our unopened Kangaroo kibble bag after receiving it, to try the Salmon range after the vet’s recommendation. They were so responsive and helpful, and our doggo is loving the new range - his gut also!

I didn't hear back immediately but once they contacted me they have been helpful in trying to get the right type of food for my dogs
