While we eventually received what we needed, there was a delay of two weeks trying to get my medication for my dog. Their countless emails back-and-forth I was unable to resolve prescription shipment in a timely manner. It wasn’t until I spoke with a representative named Barb that she was able to not only approve the medication being sent out but complementary overnighted it and we received it the next day unfortunately we will not be using this website again hopefully in the future, they will have a better streamline process for receiving prescriptions in getting them sent out in a timely manner

I haven't gotten what I ordered yet!

Very disappointed. No communication. Returned shipment over two weeks ago and have not had any contact about the replacement. Please send replacement immediately.
