Good communication when I reached out about my order, but it took you way too long to fill the order and get it to me. From the time I placed the order to the time I got the medication was a very long time.

The price is great, the product is good. Would have shipped faster with USPS

Despite being an online prescription business, they did a really bad job at communicating and working with my local VET. I ordered heartworm medication and provided all the contact information but it was 10 days before they finally shipped the product. Thus was 5 days late I'm giving my dog a heartworm medication because of this two week process. Not sure that I will use again :(

I spoke with someone on the phone about getting a prescription filled and was told it would be quick once they received it and I would need to send the prescription in the mail. They received it before Labor Day(9/7), when I called on 9/9 to inquiry I was told excuses why it had not shipped but that it would ship today and I should have in the next few days. It is now 9/16, still do not have and tracking shows it was shipped UPS but 2 days ago UPS has now placed it for delivery with the USPS, still waiting on prescription.

It took waayyy to long for this RX to get processed and shipped out. This was the first order and I will ONLY use again due to pricing but NOT for anything else’s I am shopping around for the same or comparable pricing and then I won’t place any more orders with this company. No one reached out to me for days and my dog was recently diagnosed with Cushing and he needed to start on medication asap.
