everything went well and the medicine was recieved in a reasonable amount of time

They got the shipment out in a few days then UPS sat on the package for four days before they started the shipment to me. Next time I will order it before I run out.

Took a long time to receive my item.

I think once someone puts in an order you should be able to contact the vets office within 24 hours to be able to get the medicine out to these animals quickly
