It was my first time ordering from Petoverstock.com and I will never order from them again! I received a broken water bottle and I emailed them not once but twice about this and received no response at all. I need this water bottle as my rodents chew through all the other ones and no one sells it locally. So huge thanks to Petoverstock for their crappy customer service.

I purchased a large net for catching chickens for my farm. I receive the order promptly, but the qualitly is seriously lacking. The net has an all plastic light weight frame and is totally inadequate for the task it was advertize for. It would be suitable for catching small fish, but not a six pound hen that is on the run. I am grateful that a return can be made

I ordered a 20 inch background and received a 12 inch. I have emailed 2 times and have not received a response

This product was not what I expected. The liners are very thin. I would have to use 2 per litterbox.
