I bought 2 ornaments and both came broken

The reason for the poor review is because we were short 2 items in our order. No reason or explanation given and still waiting for a response.

I received the parts Eheim Duble Tap Unit with Sealing Rings for 2026/2028/2126/212 was defective and have been sent an email and video evidence to request a replacement two days already but didn't get any response. very disappoint the customer service.

I received a defective bowl. I requested a replacement, but was instead instructed that I would be given a refund. The refund still has not been applied to my account. Additionally, if I want to replace the bowl, I’d have to pay for shipping. Unhappy with the product and customer service.

I received the item in two pieces. Upon numerous requests to have the item replace, i have yet to receive a response.
