Pet OverStock

I ordered a ceramic bowl that indicated a variety of colors. Wasn’t sure what that meant and that I could choose my color at checkout. I was not allowed to choose the color and thought perhaps the item was for all three colors. I took a gamble and lost. I was seeking a white bowl and got the green. You win some, you lose some.

I ordered three aqueon handles for my fish tank cover and unfortunately, I didn't receive all three. I was sent two handles and on my invoice it says two. However, I was charged for three handles on the petoverstock receipt. I tried calling petoverstock and it goes straight to their voicemail so I gave up. This was my first time purchasing from petoverstock but more than likely I will not order from here again.

Product was exactly what I ordered....took two weeks to ship

I LOVED my order. I loved the prices and everything BUT they got my order wrong. I contacted 2 times and no one will contact me back. I was planning on doing all my shopping here but they shot theirselves. You should have helped resolve the problem or at least reply.

You have had ample time to respond to my RMA, yet I haven't heard from as to it's resolution. You're on the verge of losing a long time customer.
