I received a broken item... due to shipping. I called customer service-Emma K- explained issue. I was offered refund or replacement. I chose refund. Entire situation resolved within 3 minutes. And 1 minute later I received email that money had been refunded!!! Yes I did not purchase item, but with great customer service...I’ll shop and recommend your site to all pet owner friends.
