medication is all natural. but find it hard for pets to take with out mixing with food. it is necessary to give it on a regular times daily not just when u feel like it. my baby is 19 and the vet wanted to put him to sleep because of kidney failure . that was over 3 years ago and with the kidney support etc he has been able to extend his life with us. thank goodness with wellness
