The products are amazing for how they perform. I just want to thank you for your wonderful products, they pretty much save my dog for a slow deteriorating health situation, that it would eventually brought to his death. Now after almost six months that I put him on the protocol he went back to running, jumping and every other function to normal. I love that the product are all natural but most of all I can testify that they do work. Thank you again.

Chris was working with me and he and some other people in your company did some research for a particular doggie door lock that had to meet up with our sliding glass door, which I have not been able to find. And your company didn't have it either, however I really appreciated that they did try to help me and didn't just blow me off like so many companies do now. Just received the treadmill today. Shipped in from New Penn the local LTL carrier In perfect condition. The 725 is a very well thought out well designed machine The treadmill is complete no assembly needed, with the exception of the fencing along both sides. The construction of the treadmill was of excellent quality. The welds on the machine are first quality as well too. Photographs of the treadmill don’t do justice to machine. Tools were included along with a nice clear manual that was a nice touch as well. In the tool bag a remote was also included which was really handy. Super easy operation. With my two dogs, it just took 10 minutes for them to become a customed to walking on it quickly. The machine is so smooth and quiet it didn’t bother them at all. I expect them to be running on it at full speed within the next couple of days. This is a great purchase for anyone who needs to have their dogs get focused training regardless of the weather or time of day. Previously, they ran on a carpet mill and still will. I had purchased the treadmill from Pet Pro Supply Co. They, were really very helpful during the whole purchase process. They had even given me a price break after my initial purchase too. They completely followed through with some delivery issues that came up to ensure that the delivery Was completed. All around I can highly recommend the 725 treadmill as well as purchasing it from Pet Pro Supply Co.

I purchased both the SUV and the two door, front-back, ruff tough kennels/crates. They seemed to be working out great for my two Miniature American Shepherds. I had originally ordered two SUV crates, but found that they would not fit in the back of my vehicle, side by side. The dogs seem to like them, just like their metal crates. They ride in the new ones at least once a week, sometimes more often. I also like the fact that they can be opened from either side of the opening.
