you Crooks,, sent me the wrong size whelping box and you do not want to, give me a return slip, so I can return the box, for my refund, the supervisor named, whang told me, he heard, the my voice, over the monitor recording, of me ordering a, 30" x 30" W. box and I asked him, to play back, that recoding to me and he refused, that's bull crap,that, because, I ordered, a 36" x 36" W. box, yet the supervisor, will not, allow me to hear, my voice, on the recording monitor, I ordered a 36" x 36" W, box and you crooks, just don't want to, give me a refund, so the supervisor Whang, is not allowing me to hear , my voice, ordering a 30" x 30" W, box,to verify his claim, Pet Pro Supply Co., are a bunch of lying a-- crooks and should be banned, from, selling over the inter net,I am a reputable and well know breeder of American, Micro and Exotic Bullies, my Bullies and English Bull Dogs, they, are all registered with the, UKC, ABKc , USBR, IBKC, ABR and the AKC, ifIf am not allowed, to return, the item, your company, sent me by mistake, I will, tell the Bully World, a lot of unkindly things about, your lack of honesty and integrity, I am going on the Bully Boards and conveying, to my clients and Bully friends, all about your crookedness, thanks and be prepared, to be raked through the coals.

The crate is excellent, but what I would like to comment on is the superb customer support -- they helped me resolve a problem (not of their making) with back order and got the crate shipped directly to me.
