I tried to return it but after I left three voice messages and three emails in the last two weeks I got only one email reply saying the food I bought is not eligible for return but maybe they try to do something about it. And again no further communication. Although your site guarantees returns and tells the potential buyer to shop with confidence as a return guarantee if bought directly from their site. That’s why I bought it there, as I am a student and 50 dollars is a significant loss for me. No name of the rep who sent the emails either as well that is a very poor communication. Very frustrating I can’t speak to anyone and disappointed for promises of guaranty returns while nobody is helping to resolve the issue.
