I had the products on my doorstep within 2 days, and the products were very nicely packaged. I ordered heat tape with connectors, and had Pangea connect them for me. The tape, connections, and connectors all seemed to be very good quality and my Kenyans certainly enjoy them more than the tiny heat mats I had previously. Definitely recommend!
