I had wound up placing an order for the wrong size bulb to the UVB fixture I had also placed an order for. I messaged them right away when I noticed the mistake and found out that they also noticed the mistake and had planned on contacting me if I hadn't of done it first! They were really helpful and friendly to work with. Delivery came in perfect condition on the day it was expected to arrive. Will be doing business with them again!!

My Shingleback skinks can be picky eaters at times, one especially. I've tried everything to entice them, and this works wonders! I just mix it in with their vegetables or pellets, and now I'm sure they're getting more nutrition, too! Thank you for a wonderful product.
