Had a broken part when I took it out of the box. No problems getting a replacement part shipped out.

I had a few issues with the product after delivery. Pieces were extremely damaged during shipping. One fast Cat replaced every part in a timely manner. It was I that lagged on communication as I was so disappointed. After, I finally got the wheel up and saw how much my babies were enjoying it, I felt the joy with them. I love the cat wheel as much as they do!! Get one . . . You'll love the pleasure it will bring your beloved fur family.
