Was looking for a cat wheel for long time that was affordable. Your price was fair. The option of breaking down the cost into manageable payments was ideal. Customer service was outstanding,,I needed to extend the date of last payment and it was handled promptly by the agent assisting me. I am completely satisfied with the product and with the kind, professional service I received.

This is awesome for most cats, and I am still hopeful that my cat will love it because of the investment and time it took me to put it together. My kitten is just a little guy yet and probably too small for it. At first, he went crazy and with his exuberance was able to get it going very fast. After the first couple of tries, with reduced momentum, it is difficult for him, so I have put it away and will bring it back out in a few months when he is a little larger and has more strength. I really think he will love it, as his initial "rides" were absolutely awesome. I can't transfer my videos from my iPhone to my MS Outlook for some reason, but it is a pity, as he was ripping it on the One Fast Cat. He hopefully will have a renewed interest in it when I bring it back out once he is a little bigger and stronger.

Everything was on point, shipping, convenience, instructions, available staff for questions-customer service is excellent! Best of all, my cat adores this wheel! He has a lot of energy and hops on this wheel like 20x’s a day for a stroll or a run, starting at 5am lol! He was attentive from the time the “cat” box arrived, watched the installation, played in the box, then hopped on the wheel w/o encouragement or enticement! I’m simply a very satisfied customer with no kickback for my review.
