I am the owner of PupPaws Animal Care Service in Baltimore, MD. We care for multiple cats that board overnight. (As well as many dogs). I personally have 6 cats of my own. My cat, NuNu “The Ninja Assassin”, explored outside for only 15mins, one-time. I guess that’s all it takes. A month later I found out she was pregnant. She gave birth to a litter of 5! And Omigoodness, its a lot of work. So at a total of 6 active cats, I needed something quick or our curtains were going to feel their wrath. My cats all love it! And its great for cats boarding overnight to experience something fun and see other cats having fun. Runs out all of their energy and keeps them entertained. Due to having multiple cats, it did not take them long to figure it out because once 1 cat started, the rest wanted their turn overtime. I used the cat feather bell as an aid to get them started The wheel has noise, but does not disturb me at all. I have sleeping quarters that share the wall to the Kitty Room. I hear the wheel going and I actually get happy, because I feel like I’m getting my moneys worth every time I hear them running on it. I am the kind of person that sleeps with no sound, no tv, no light. The noise from the OneFastCat wheel is muffled enough that it does disturb my sleep, which is wonderful because I NEED my sleep! The OneFastCat video greatly helps with setup. I used the one from their site and one on YouTube. Ordering was a breeze. 48 hours later the cat wheel arrived. Snapping it together took a little muscle but I managed by myself (52 yr old female.) My senior, overweight cat loves to lay in it. It didn't take much encouragement to get him to walk in it and periodically he runs very briefly in it. It's currently summertime and we live on the west coast so it gets extremely hot in my apartment. That makes us all lazy. My bet is during the cool months he'll be running in it more. That's when he and my Chihuahua run around the apartment.

My cats love there wheel, I bought it used for $50. I b9ught some replacement parts from the website that fit perfectly. They were shipped out and we got the parts fast.
