Excellent customer service!

Surprisingly easy assembly and it's pretty huge. Cats don't love it yet (though one is pretty good with it) but we're working on it. Overall, a nice purchase for the cats and looks like it will last a while.

It's been a while since I bought my OFC Cat Wheel. Time to do a proper review. The thing was really easy to assemble, and all the necessary parts were included. I was a little concerned that the joints between the individual wheel segments were lumpy, thus noisy. but I left it that way. We have eleven cats. Three of them were born to ferals, and we trapped them when they were ~three weeks old. That means they had time to develop some feral behaviors they learned from experience, and from their Mom. They were more timid and cautious than the rest of ours, all adopted as strays from the neighborhood. So, having had many cats throughout our lives and our 30-some years of marriage, we expected the now-3yo ferals to always avoid it. It took them a while, but so far two of the ferals love it, one is still cautious, but gets on it and walks a little, and of our others, one loves it. So, of eleven, 3.5 of them use it. I should note that, beyond a little fresh catnip from our garden, and the occasional toy mousies and other of their toys we leave on it, we just let THEM decide if/when to try the thing. Two of the non-wheelers do sit watching when the others run in it, so we're optimistic that we'll have more wheelers within another six months. The sum of our experience is, we're impressed. The noise it makes isn't huge, but we figured that, especially with cautious ferals, it would be an issue. We stand corrected, the ferals were the first ones to get interested, and to use it. We believe the noise it makes isn't putting any of them off. If anything, it gets their attention when someone's in it. The current users love it, sometimes just to walk, often to run al ot, and one likes to settle in it and have one of us swing her. The bottom line is, we are very impressed. This thing is substantially cheaper than the others we looked at. Easy to assemble, with good directions and an online video that's also helpful. Works precisely as advertised. And, more of our cats love it than we expected. If we had to replace it, we'd get another One Fast Cat wheel before any other. We happily recommend this thing, and so do some really great, happy cats for whom we work hard to provide enrichment, since they're always kept safe indoors. ============================================ I'll note here that we're not in any way affiliated with OFC. We love our wheel! Forrest is a bright and active boy who needs things to do. It took a while for him to get comfortable using it on his own but he always goes for a gallop when I hold a toy for him. Either in a slow walk, a trot or running flat out, he uses it every day. Thank you for a great product! I will be ordering new pads soon. His full name is Forrest Maxwell the Magnificent.

My cat did not use the machine at all. I contacted Fast Cat and received an RMA and I sent the item back. I was very pleases with the customer service and how quickly I received my refund.
