Haven't had a chance to try the frozen raw Woof formula as FedEx unfortunately delayed the shipment over the weekend resulting in the frozen thawing completely. Sent a note to OP to let them know and to ask if the food was still safe to use. Email was after hours but Amber kindly responded to say the food was likely not safe to use and offered to replace the whole order even though it was not their fault that FE stalled the shipment. THAT is awesome customer service!! Awaiting the new shipment this week. Thank you so much for being a great caring company!
