I have purchased a number of items through your website, good quality and delivery time. The only negative issue is being unable to reset my password without customer support.

I have always enjoyed ordering from Big Al's Pets. They carry a lot of aquarium products that I don't find elsewhere. Great customer service too. Unfortunately, I have learned that they are discontinuing there USA operations. Not good for me, but hopefully they will return and so shall I as a loyal customer. Good Luck Big Al's !!!!

Great selection and quality products! I was having a hard time choosing which filter to buy for a new fish tank, the info and reviews made it easy.

Please don't abandon the USA with shipping your wonderful products. Don't know where I'll be able to purchase items for my fish, pond, cats and dogs? Your prices are incredibly reasonable, customer service outstanding and tutorials most helpful. Say it isn't so!
