Service is great. Friendly. Very fast shipping however the shipping cost is exorbitant. I usually pay $25/bag to have it shipped to my house. So my feed that cost me $50 per bag after shipping now cost me $75. MN needs a dealer!! The closest on is in WI...6 hours from me. I would ove to buy all my feed but can not afford the shipping.

Good company. Love their products. But shooing is high for what we use. We understand the bags are 50 lbs. but we wish we could find a local source so we wouldn’t have to pay so much. Shipping costs as much as one bag o coolstance copra.

NCO is awesome to work with. Living remotely, sometimes the shipping companies are less awesome, so I have learned that the less I pay for shipping, the better my planning had better be! I'm thankful for the shipping choices. Also thankful for knowledgeable staff to help me learn along the way!

Fast service, great people, product seems to have changed a bit.

My girls really liked this feed but SO MUCH dust in the bag!!! I’ve been sifting it out daily and literally 1/4 volume of the bag was dust. Not sure I’ll buy it again, but it did work great for fermenting feed, again the girls really liked it.
