When I call, I get a live person, and every one of them has been so delightful. The quality of the products they offer, especially the chicken feed, is honestly unparalleled. AubiChick hemp bedding bundle with the autoship feature is SO helpful and helps save money on shipping (I'm not local to any of their locations, so I have the products shipped direct to me). Additionally the organic grain feeds, especially the Unmilled Classic Layer Feed, are first rate quality. I can't recommend NCO enough!
