Got charged twice for the same order. Confirmation email didn’t come until after it was delivered. Clearly you’re not ready for e-commerce and now I have to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Placed my dog food order on December 16,2021 and never received it.They say their waiting for FedEx pickup... really!?!! Today is January 6,2022!!!

I've been waiting for our order, and then suddenly received a refund without any explanation.

Terrible Service, Terrible communication, 2 Items never showed up and refund has not been processed back into my account.
