Same day online delivery turned two week delivery NIGHTMARE
The products are great the store... well,
I placed a same day online delivery yet it took about two weeks to receive my order. After several failed attempts to contact customer service due to no answer and no response I called the nearest store. They also attempted to contact customer service with no answer. I was told I could not get a refund if I didn't have the merchandise. After a couple of days speaking with the store managers, them contacting other stores and exhausting their efforts to get food for my standard poodle, they offered to give me some free food. Something similar to what I'd ordered. I was told they couldn't give away the food I had purchased because it would be a huge lost. They ubered two bags of food that was known to cause death in dogs. And still I tried it on my standard poodle puppy baby. He began to vomit the food immediately. Thank God for Petco! Although it costed me another hundred and fifty plus dollars I had to do something to help my baby. I've blended his food the entire three months of his life. And, as most may know standards have very sensitive stomachs. I use to shop Natural pawz for his Orijen and Merrick but never again will I trust them to come through for my baby. Same day delivery turned two weeks and three hundred dollars later.
