You guys took care of the first aid kit that arrived broken you sent me a brand new one to replace it. All the things I got from you I love and work great!

The staff at My Pet Chicken is awesome. I have raised chickens for forty-five years, so didn't need much help, but they are sharp and communicate well. My chicks came cross country and arrived in great shape the next day. They were very well packed. One had a bad foot, but she is doing well. I think it was something that developed during the hatch and not due to shipping. All are still doing well at almost five weeks.

I called and talked with sales person who was very pleasant and helpful. Shipped my coop promptly and not damaged even though was during the biggest snow storm of the year.
