The staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful in finding what we are looking for. The latest was a recommendation for a product to help rid of cat urine, and advise that if it didn't work we could get a refund. The product did work and I highly recommend Mr pets.

I have found Mr Pets to be great for in-store as well as online shopping. The staff has always been very nice and helpful.

Fast shipping and items are reasonably priced.

Clerk were friendly and helped transporting the bags of food to the car

Friendly staff, good assortment and good prices
