Customer service was very responsive and very helpful! We exchanged a few emails and I received my order faster than I expected. The one thing is that the website will allow you to buy items that are out of stock and it won't really give you a tracking number or expected date until after the stock replenished. I understand that things happen but the website should reflect that. Otherwise I love the product and the customer service is top noch!

I love this plant based litter because it's the ONLY litter that doesn't let my apartment smell bad. I don't like that the bags are so small for the price. I think I would love it more if I could afford it all the time.

Overall I really like this litter. Does a great job with controlling odor. My cats seem to like it. No dust but it does track. One bag is not enough to fill a litter box tho and it is $$

I'm not sure if this is typical for them, I will have to wait and see with the next delivery. The product seems to be doing a fantastic job and I am currently using it in transition with the old litter (had to buy some other litter at the store while I waited on Michu- Wonder litter to arrive) but once it is just the Michu- litter, I will write another review. Why the 4-stars? The delivery time took 12 days (from order confirmation to the day it was delivered). I don't know if the cheaper costs by going through the website, outweighs the longer delivery time (compared to Chewy-sells same product for a little more but quicker deliveries). Time will tell and another review will be warranted once I've had time to use the product for longer.
