Great Litter Terrible Fulfillment
Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received, but of course my credit card was charged and a few days later an email sent assuring me "Your order is on the way". After 11 days and no tracking movement, Customer Service blamed FedEx for never picking up. Really??? A replacement order was to be shipped the same day. "Rest assured, we are closely monitoring your shipment...", but it took 4 days for the order to be picked up. A little honesty would have gone a long way. Originally the order was to have been delivered 2 days ago by end of day. The delivery estimate has now been removed from tracking and the scheduled delivery will be updated soon. Product is great---good odor control, low tracking, flushable, but it doesn't seem to be obtainable. Used to order it from Chewy but there were always delivery delays, so I switched to direct ordering with Michu. I shouldn't have to spend this much time chasing an order. If FedEx is actually the problem, use another shipper instead of loosing customers! Count me as a former customer.
