Litter box is too heavy to lift and clean easily.

The second time around there was less litter in the 3 bags I ordered. The first bags I had ordered were stuff and filled , but these ones were floppy and loose

Service and shipping are fine until this point.

Tried customer service and got completely ghosted

Unfortunately I could not handle the “lemon” fragrance of this litter. It just lingered in the air, and was really bothering me. I ended up throwing it out after a day, that’s how much it bothered me. Wish there was an unscented version.
