Next time i would like to know how many packeges i’m waiting

All was great. The item arrived in time and in good condition. Although, I did noticed that the litter was not vacuumed sealed. Was that an oversight or is this no longer a practice?

Customer service was very responsive and very helpful! We exchanged a few emails and I received my order faster than I expected. The one thing is that the website will allow you to buy items that are out of stock and it won't really give you a tracking number or expected date until after the stock replenished. I understand that things happen but the website should reflect that. Otherwise I love the product and the customer service is top noch!

There were no instructions with the order

I love this plant based litter because it's the ONLY litter that doesn't let my apartment smell bad. I don't like that the bags are so small for the price. I think I would love it more if I could afford it all the time.
