Great customer service, quick response to questions, quick shipping

I couldn't possibly have been happier with this carrier! It's extremely well-made, and the materials are high-quality (particularly the tough mesh used in the expansion, which I was really worried about). Shipping was incredibly prompt. These are not the cheapest carriers on the market, but they're well worth the extra dollars to ensure the most comfortable, secure trip possible.
