Customer service excellence

I didn't receive one of my packages and they wouldn't do anything about it but they were nice on the phone

Everything has gone well so far with my first delivery with Catalyst Cat litter.

You guys have been great to work with it's been easy to change my delivery options if I don't need one as early or if I run out too soon

For 1 cat, 20# of litter lasts about 3 months. I clean box out 2-4 times daily and add more when needed.
