Great customer service, quick delivery/on time with subscription!

I really appreciate that I can delay or skip orders without penalty. The company texts me before a new shipment is sent out, which gives me the option of keeping it or pushing it back. When I first subscribed, we had a 2 cat household, but my sweet buddy passed away the week our order arrived. One bag is more than enough for our 1 cat, and we have found we really just need 1 bag every 2 months. The ease and allowance of changing my order dates is very appreciated!
