Mixup Corrected!!
I have ordered from Krisers for years! Most the time with no issues. I have had a couple blips but they always make it right without much effort on my part. This week I had a whopper of an error and $170 worth of frozen (Thawed) food I had to throw out as it wasn’t safe for my dog to eat. This was a delivery error. I emailed customer support and promptly got a reply. I got a call the next day from Jill at River North and they resent the whole shipment. She even called back to confirm it had been delivered. Now THAT is customer service at its best and I am a customer service manager. I love Krisers! Their employees, service and products are top notch!! I will be a Krisers customer for a very long time!!
