I’ve been a subscriber for over a year. I appreciate the convenience of the monthly litter box deliveries. I don’t have that litter box smell like I did with the plastic boxes and clumping litter. Very happy with the variety of litter and accessories offered.

I really like the disposable boxes. I also like that they are recyclable. The only thing that I don’t like is that it’s a little hard to empty them because the litter is a little heavy but it’s not a deal breaker. You eventually find a way to do it easier. Just question of practice. I like that my cat gets a fresh litter box every 4 weeks. She seems to enjoy it. All considered it’s a great system.

I am soon to be 80 and the first thing that attracted me to Kitty Poo was the delivery service. I’m a first time cat owner and thought she would be much easier to care for than the many dogs I had since I was 5 ys old. I walk with a cane now and cleaning the litter box and disposing of the litter was a lot more difficult than I imagined. Kitty Poo delivers to me a new litter box, new litter and her special treats, once a month. Their litter boxes are specially treated to last a month. Just scoop the solids and I’m done!! I use the soy litter mainly because she is a kicker and previously she’d track litter and I couldn’t see it until I stepped on it. The soy litter works great and is easy for me to see and to sweep up. When my new delivery arrives each month, I simply put the lid that the box has been sitting on over the used litter, put everything in a trash bag and put it in the trash bin. This is so easy and convenient for me. It is a little more than I was paying previously, but I love the convenience and their service. I will continue to be a customer of Kitty Poo. Additionally, I have not had a visitor that after a few minutes, ask me if I have a cat! (She runs and hides when someone comes) The odor control is terrific and she loves the soy litter!!

I’ve been using Kitty Poo for 3 years, and I love it. My two kitties share a large box, and I’ve timed the new boxes for every 3weeks; and that seems to be just right. You may think it’s a bit pricey but if you take into account that this system- delivery when you want it, a new box with the litter you choose - and disposal is easy. No hauling bags from the store, no figuring out how to effectively wash out the plastic box ( try that in the winter!) Customer Service is excellent if you have questions or want to change your order in any way. Kitty Poo ROCKS!
