The material on the scratching post is not as rough as the polls so he probably doesn’t know it’s for scratching (lol) Another note to improve from customer service side is communication. My order was a pre-order item, and while I expected to be longer to receive, there was no updates since the confirmation email, especially didn’t know the order was delayed due to port issue until I followed-up.
