My cat Misty B was not happy with her new scratch and sleep post. It was unusually designed which made my seven-year-old cat difficult to get into. We had to lower some of the poles. She’s only able to get to the middle level and the sesal pieces seem to be shredding all over the place. This purchase was not entirely as advertised. Very disappointed with this product definitely would not recommend. I definitely would want my money back. Rosette 0402439547
