I have used them before. UPS delivered to the wrong house and I didn’t receive my shipment for 7 weeks that was after the home owner returned from vacation and brought my order to my address. BUT not knowing that I contacted I groom and they replaced my lost order within 4 days. I will continue to use them. Great service and a committed company to their customers

Absolutely love it. First time using this product I’ve heard lots of good things about it and finally decided to give it a try. The dogs came out looking and smelling amazing. As we all know, to give an excellent groom starts with a clean blown out coat. Give it a try you’ll be hooked!!!!

Every product is quality. I used the gallons, and they last for about 2 to 3 months in my busy salon. Shipping is a little too long for my taste. But it is free over a hundred bucks
