When a customer service agent reached out to me after I had left a poor review on the dog treats (neither of my pups would eat them), he offered to send me a complimentary bottle of the CBD to try or a refund. I decided to accept his generous offer of the liquid CBD. Now, I will say neither of them particularly likes the original flavor; however, it is easier to get it into their bodies this way, and I look forward to trying the chicken or salmon next. Additionally, it works like a charm. With the liquid CBD on board, I can now clean my Havanese dog's eyes. It also helps "chill out" my large mixed breed so he doesn't bark at every bird, squirrel, or person he sees outside! I am extremely impressed with the customer service from HolistaPet!
