Slow progressing, slow shipping

My cat doesn’t like them and they were kind of expensive, so that was a waste of 20 bucks :(

I am still waiting for a response for my one missing item. I have spent a lot of money with them and love their products, but if I don't receive what I paid for I can't give 5 stars. It's been over a month of back and forth with AI and a person I believe through email and still have not received my one missing item. I work at a pet store and will no longer be recommending them to customers.

I never received my order. I sent an email but haven't received a reply. Please reship my order or refund me.
