Delivery and the order process was a nightmare. Package came nearly broken, food ok.

Grain free lamb and kangaroo and no more itching. Phew!

I ordered a 14kg bag of dog food that never arrived. Somehow, it was missed when my order was packed. I was told another bag would be sent urgently. I followed up after a few days and it wasn’t sent yet so I asked for a refund. The refund was $10 less than what I paid for the purchase in the first place. I had a $10 discount on my entire order which was nearly $200 and they decided to deduct it from this 1 purchase. Never again.
