Bought a hay bag and within a month it’s falling apart already. For the price it cost, it’s exceptionally poor quality

Product is fine but receiving letters from fedex advising they are taking me to court. Every time I highlight this I am advised it is being dealt with … clearly not as per my 3rd letter received 10/12/22
