Very robust- slows feeding and enables feeding at a more natural position

No problem with shipping or service, I don't think the replacements are as good as the original

Unfortunately it arrived with the box slightly damaged and no instructions but fortunately I’ve had one before so knew what to do otherwise would have struggled. Also still waiting for an invoice/ receipt for my accounts Love the product though.
