Easy to use and soon got into a daily routine. My only criticism is that the drip tray supplied has sides about 2.5cm high whereas the gap below the bottom of the chest is only 0.5cm. So we are using an old baking tray instead.

The chap that delivered the haygain was lovely he helped me lift it into a safe place as I had it delivered to my home Address not the yard

Haygain quickly reviewed my past orders and advised me on the best course of action.
